Greg Gerline – Vice President

Greg was born in Shelby County, went to Southwestern High School and furthered his education at Vincennes University and Ball State with a degree in Marketing.  He is married to Marlene Gerline and has two children, Melissa Gerline Clagg and Geoff Gerline.  He is also a proud grandpa to two grandchildren. He serves as the Manager of Operations for Sandman Brothers, here in Shelbyville. His hobbies are spending time with family, auto racing, and finding ways to give back to the community.  He has served and currently serves on several boards: Shelby County Chamber, Blue River Community Foundation, Shelby County Rotary Club, Shelby County Economic Development Corporation, Shelby County Shrine Club, Shelby County Leadership, Marietta Fire Department, First Christian Church, Southwestern Building Corporation.  All his service demonstrates evidence of his Feels it important to give back when possible.

Beth Crouch – Treasurer

Beth is lifelong resident of Shelbyville and serves as an Associate Minister at First Christian Church, Shelbyville.  She has a Master of Divinity from Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis. She has served as an Indiana Disciples of Christ Minister for the last 25 years. She is a member of several community organizations.  When not working, Beth enjoys camping and traveling with her husband of 47 years, Tim. Her 3 children and 9 grandchildren also keep her busy with all their multiple activities and ball games. You can often find her in the stands watching basketball, baseball, and soccer games.

LaTisha Idlewine – Secretary

LaTisha Idlewine is the MHP Foundation Executive Director at Major Health Partners. Recognized for her multi-tasking, refreshing commentary and abundance of energy, LaTisha revels in the joy that her position brings her each day.  Prior to her move to MHP, she was the Executive Director at the Shelbyville YMCA. Her YMCA experience encompasses the previous 14 years where she wore many hats at the Indianapolis YMCA’s. Within the community, LaTisha is involved with the Non-Profit Center and MainStreet Shelbyville. Her passion for nonprofits, community services, improving the quality of life and relationship building are unmatched. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and 3 kiddos while staying as active as possible.

Thurman Adams

Thurman is the Artistic Director/President of ECHO Effect, a non-profit organization that exists to “empower and uplift through the provision of a unique, state-of-the-art meeting and training facility”, a role he has served in since 2015.  He also serves the community in his role as Shelbyville City Councilman.  Thurman is a proud husband, dad, and grandad and has a passion for giving back to the community he loves.  

Tim Barrick

A lifelong Shelbyville resident, Tim Barrick has spent his career in the built environment and is a partner and CMO with Indianapolis-based RATIO Architects. An active community member, Tim serves on the Shelby County Redevelopment Commission, Blue River Community Foundation board, is a past-president of the Shelby County Chamber of Commerce, former member of the Shelbyville Board of Public Works and a 35-year active member of the Rotary Club of Shelbyville.

Alecia Gross

Alecia is the Executive Director of Shelby County United Fund (SCUFFY). She has spent her professional career in non-profit management – including running a free clinic for the uninsured and advocating for affordable housing. A native of Shelby County, Alecia received her BS from Ball State, and an M. Div from Christian Theological Seminary.
