County Health Rankings & Roadmaps data is an annual report by the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute with support from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.  County-level data is provided for the factors that collectively influence health: health behaviors, clinical care, social and economic circumstances, and the physical environment. Each health factor includes evidence-informed strategies for improving community health. The report ranks each of Indiana’s 92 counties on the status of their health.  However, the meaningful data is not the ranking but rather the progress Shelby County is making towards equitable health opportunities for her residents.
